Training

  • $950/month - Up to 5 services per week

    Services include lessons, professional rides, exercising, lunging, and supervised sessions.

    • Personalized training program for the horse and rider

    • Full management of your horse’s well being and care

    • Weekly scheduling

    • Coordination of veterinary, farrier, dental, and body work services

    • Coordination of horse show entries and shipping

    • Face and leg clipping

    • Mane pulling and trimming

    • Leg wrapping and icing

    • Basic wound and preventative care

    • Full use of FSS training equipment, grooming supplies, and care supplies

  • Lesson - (Private or Small Group Lesson - 30-60mins) - $100

    Lesson using a FSS lesson horse - (Private or Small Group - 30-60mins) - $110

    Pro-ride - $100

    Trailer-in Lesson or Pro-ride - $125 (Includes Alpine Farms trailer-in fee)

    IN-BARN FULL LEASE and HALF LEASE options available for riders of varying experience levels, pending suitability.

Horse shows

  • $750/week for training clients

    $900/week for non-training clients

    Rate includes coaching, pro-rides, and daycare.

  • Trainer and staff housing and travel expenses are billed at cost and split evenly among number of horses attending the show.

    Set-up and supplies are billed at cost and split evenly among number of horses attending the show.

Boarding

  • $1500/month for 12×12 matted stall

    $1700/month for 12×18 matted stall

    Board includes personalized care and feeding program, individualized turnout structure, and full use of the facility.

Sales and LEases

  • 15% commission for purchase, sale, and lease transactions when acting as agent/trainer.

    10% commission per party on in-barn sales and leases.

    7.5% commission on annual lease renewals.
